Oaklake Philosophy

Oaklake was established as a residential building company by Robert Arcadia’s father in the 1970s as a very well-respected builder throughout the years.

Robert then continued his father’s legacy after his retirement and then formed a partnership with Tibor into the Oaklake business, both Robert and Tibor are fully qualified and well-respected experts in the construction and building industry.

With a vast and wealth of experience behind them in the building industry in building homes and multi home projects across Melbourne, Oaklake is dedicated to delivering high quality homes, exceptional management of projects through our flexible, bespoke and professional approach.

Our team is made up of property developers, innovators, problem solvers, project managers and leaders who know what it takes to get the job done.

Founder

A well-respected builder for over the last 20 years, is the founder of Oaklake Homes, previous to that he worked as a carpenter for his father who is a well respected builder also.

Tibor Kalajdzic

Director

An experienced trade in the building and construction industry, previous to joining Oaklake Homes worked for a large volume builder. Tibor is well respected within the construction and building industry.
